2 Days Big Five Animals Experience

Upon your arrival, our driver-guide will take you to Akagera National Park. On your way, we’ll stop at the Imigongo Art Center in Kayonza district, where you’ll learn about Rwandan culture and art. Following this enriching experience, we will continue our journey to Akagera national park to register and get an entrance permit.

In the evening, you will start a night safari where you will experience nocturnal animals/carnivores in action hunting their prey, because most carnivores like lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, etc are active during the night.

Overnight at Akagera Mantis Lodge (FB)

At sunrise you will have breakfast at the lodge while enjoying the cool breeze from Akagera lake . After breakfast and packing lunch, You will check- out at the lodge and start the long game drive. You will experience some semi-aquatic animals sunbathing on the lake shores like hippopotamus, crocodiles and spot beautiful bird species. You will catch sight of both the tallest and largest land animals  such as giraffes, and elephants. You will also experience impressive animals like buffalos, rhinoceros, zebras, antelopes, warthogs, and many others. 

Later in the afternoon, we will drive back to Kigali.
